Founded in 2022, CrossFit CXX is not just a place to get a good workout – it’s a diverse community that includes members of our military, full-time parents, doctors, lawyers, police officers, fire fighters, business executives, elite athletes, adaptive athletes, kids and retired grandparents.

Because we have created an inclusive environment, our members all know each other, support one another, and socialize inside and outside of the gym.

Also, while many of our workouts are timed and competitive, it is all done in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Bring your best effort for the day and we will support you and help you reach your goals!


CrossFit is elite fitness for everyone!
Our classes are based on the CrossFit program originally developed by legendary coach Greg Glassman after his many years of watching, working with, and coaching all types of people – from those merely interested in general fitness to elite athletes.

CrossFit workouts are composed of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. At CrossFit CXX, you will not find lifting machines. Instead you will find kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, dumbbells, plyo boxes, and tons of open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, meaning any new participant as well as a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. CrossFit workouts will deliver phenomenal fitness in and of themselves or as a complement to your sport-specific training regime.

Our fitness programming aims to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality.
