We offer a free week trial for anyone interested in experiencing CrossFit CXX. Simply contact us to schedule your trial, and our coaches will introduce you to our community, workouts and answer any questions you may have.
CrossFit CXX provides only CrossFit classes, where each class is taught the same. We believe this is the right approach because CrossFit is what we do best, and it is what we are committed to. Since our classes are scalable to anyone, ANYone can attend a CrossFit class. Check our Schedule page for detailed class times and descriptions.
Yes! We welcome drop-ins from visitors. Contact us in advance, and we'll provide you with the necessary information and ensure you have a seamless experience during your visit to CrossFit CXX.
Our coaches at CrossFit CXX are highly qualified with certifications and experience in CrossFit training. All of our coaches are required to hold a CrossFit Level 1 Certification, and some have even more. They are dedicated to ongoing education and hold various fitness certifications to ensure they provide the best guidance for our members.
CrossFit CXX caters to individuals with diverse fitness goals, whether you're aiming for competition or simply pursuing a healthier lifestyle. Our supportive and team-oriented environment welcomes everyone, regardless of their fitness aspirations.
We recommend it! Any workout can be modified around an existing or nagging injury. The coach is there to help and guide you, so they will provide alternative movements to ensure you still get a good workout, but don’t aggravate any injuries.
We cap our classes at 10, providing a smaller, more intimate class with the coach. This is preferable because the coach is able to give one-on-one attention to each and every athlete in the class.
